About the role:
We are looking for Project Manager to join our team. We are developing an AI-powered web-project MySpicy.ai focused on AI virtual dating experience.
About you:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in digital products.
- Proven experience working with payment systems (PSPs, payment gateways, anti-fraud tools, etc.).
- Solid understanding of subscription-based monetization (recurring payments, churn rate, retention).
- Hands-on experience with B2C products — involvement throughout the full development lifecycle, from discovery to release and scaling.
- You’re familiar with Agile / Scrum methodologies and confidently use tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, or their equivalents.
- You thrive on challenges, know how to bring order to chaos, and always drive toward results.
- Strong understanding of business processes within a product team and the ability to balance speed and quality.
- Excellent command of JIRA / Confluence, including: process automation, board and reporting setup, release management.
- Practical experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum / Kanban), including key Scrum rituals: planning, grooming, retrospectives.
- Skilled at building workflows in new or growing teams (development, analytics, content).
- English level: Intermediate+ (sufficient for communication with an international team and working with documentation).
- English level: Fluent.
- A proven track record of successful project deliveries.
Your impact:
- Effective communication with all stakeholders: developers, designers, analysts, product managers.
- Building streamlined processes with minimal bureaucracy.
- Managing, monitoring, and forecasting release timelines.
- Tracking efforts and time, providing regular reports (e.g., velocity reports).
- Coordinating the work of developers and designers.
- Managing release and project-related risks.
- Maintaining up-to-date project documentation.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working with AI products or in the dating app segment.
- Ability to write business requirements and technical specifications.
- Understanding of CI/CD processes.
- Familiarity with key product and business metrics (LTV, CAC, retention, conversion rate, churn, refunds).
