About the role
Our Web Product team is at the forefront of testing and validating product hypotheses to identify the most promising opportunities. Web Analyst is a new role for our web team, and requires a strong level of ownership and dynamic collaboration.
As a Web Analyst, you will play an important role in driving data-driven decisions by managing Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media Pixels to optimize campaigns.
You will start with an AI-powered web-project MySpicy.ai focused virtual AI-dating experience. And later you’ll join other web projects and validation of product hypotheses.

Your future tasks:
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for data-driven product improvements
- Maintain the analytical system – from creating documentation to managing the sending of analytical events via GTM and analysing received events in the database
- Set up marketing Pixels (Facebook, TikTok)
- Take ownership of the entire A/B testing process in GrowthBook
- Create visualisations and dashboards to assess the success of marketing campaigns
What will you need for this?
- Experience with Web data analytics 1+ year - is a must
- Experience with Google Tag Manager 1+ year - is a must
- Experience with Pixel 1+ year - is a must
- Experience with Google Analytics (tracking key parameters, creating reports, summaries and notifications)
- Experience with A/B testing
- Experience with data visualization tools, BI techniques (Tableau)
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Analytical mindset, ability to structure information
